ABQAURP respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of its online users.   • Utilize a Password unique to you.
  • Make sure others are not watching you enter your User ID and/or Password on your keyboard when using protected areas of abqaurp.org.

  • After you have finished accessing your information, exit the protected area within abqaurp.org. This ensures that no one can access your information if you leave your computer.

Protecting Your Information

SSL codes the information transferred between you and the Secure Server, so that it is unreadable to unauthorized parties who may try to intervene in the purchasing process. General Information Collected on All Visitors

Information on all visitors is gathered through the ABQAURP website. Data collected identify the number of unique user sessions that exist; the days that exhibit the greatest traffic; the most frequent locations of entrance to our website; and which services and areas are most commonly accessed. This data is only used in the aggregate. The purpose of this data collection is to determine how we can create a better overall experience for our users.

This information is volunteered by the user via online forms, post-tests, evaluation information and/or site registrations. Whenever we request identifying information from our visitors, we will clearly indicate the purpose for that request. We need this information to process your requests, register you for programs, fulfill product orders, make you aware of additional products and services which may be of interest, or contact you regarding site changes.

How Information About You is Collected

When a visitor requests a page from within the ABQAURP network, our web servers automatically recognize the visitor's domain name and IP (Internet Protocol) address. The domain name and IP address reveal no personal information about the visitor. There are areas on the website that allow you to submit feedback on a program by completing an evaluation survey. You may also offer comments through a contact page found on the navigation menu. Any feedback submitted becomes the property of ABQAURP. This evaluation data may be used for marketing purposes or to contact you for further feedback on the site or the program commented upon.

Downloadable Files and Programs
There are also areas where files and courses may be downloaded from our website and may require a registration process.
