All cancellations & transfers are subject to a non-refundable $50 processing fee. A full refund, less the $50.00 processing fee, will be given if you cancel in writing by May 18, 2008. No refund will be given for cancellations after this date. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
