CANCELLATIONS
All Cancellations and Transfers for Seminars and Courses are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. A full refund, less the $50.00 processing fee, will be given if you cancel in writing 30 days before the event. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.

All examination fees are non-refundable, unless determined ineligible to sit for the exam.
