ABQAURP Diplomates may use any non-CBK online course toward meeting the 8 hour continuing education requirement to maintain certification. Non-members may use the CBK course and / or accumulate credit hours with these online courses to meet the education requirement to sit for the certification exam.

**INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR CREDIT**

Fill out your registration form exactly as you want your name and address to appear on your CE certificate. Carefully fill out your email address and verify it is correct as all information and test results will be sent to that email address.

You may view and print your online continuing medical education certificate instantly after successfully completing the post-test.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You are allotted 60 days to complete this online course. You will have the option of saving, exiting, and returning to the course as many times as you wish during the 60-day period, as long as the post-test is completed within 60 days of purchase. Post tests that are not submitted within the 60-day period will result in forfeiture of payment.
