Diplomates and Members of ABQAURP include health care professionals – physicians, nurses, care managers, pharmacists, risk managers – and other key decision makers from the management, legal, and related professions who are involved in health care quality and patient safety on a daily basis. ABQAURP Diplomates and Members are professionals dedicated to improving the overall quality of health care.

ABQAURP is a long-established, non-profit education and certification board that has certified over 9,400 physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals in Health Care Quality and Management, with Sub-Specialty Certification in Managed Care; Patient Safety/Risk Management; Case Management and Workers' Compensation.

ABQAURP is the only non-clinical certifying organization whose exam is developed and administered under the imprimatur of the National Board of Medical Examiners.
