ONLINE CONTINUING EDUCATION
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR CREDIT:
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: After viewing the course descriptions you will select your course. Once you enter your contact or billing information through ABQAURPs secured server, you will be prompted to create a user ID and password. Your user ID will be valid for a period of 60 days, after which time your password will expire. An email message will be sent to you confirming your user ID and password. You will then be prompted to login to the course you selected. Be sure to register only once for the course. Use the login button after you have created your user name and password. Your course consists of text module/s. Each module represents a different presentation by a different instructor. You may choose to enter and/or review them at any time. You will have the option of exiting and returning to the course as many times as you wish during the 60-day period, but your post test must be completed and submitted within 60 days of purchase. Post tests that are not submitted within the 60-day period will result in forfeiture of payment.
The brief post test will be graded and results displayed instantaneously. If you do not achieve a passing grade, you will have the option to return to review the course and retake the post test, at no additional charge, within the 60-day period. All participants who receive a passing grade of 70% or better will receive a congratulations page with a brief survey. (Once you have passed the post test, the course will be closed and you will no longer be able to access the course or test questions; therefore, before taking the test, please print all modules and test questions you would like to keep for your reference) Answering the survey questions will help us in the development of future programs. On this page there is a link to open a printable continuing education certificate. (Acrobat Version 5 or higher is required on your PC for this feature to work properly). An email with the post test questions and indication of your correct or incorrect answers will be sent to the email address you provided on the registration form. At the bottom of that email will be a link to your Acrobat Format CE Certificate. This will allow you to print more than one copy of your certificate. If you experience difficulties viewing or printing your certificate, please verify that you have version 5 or higher of the Acrobat Reader.
