Please note: As this module is an element of the Certificate Course in Patient Safety & Prevention of Medical Errors - 11 hour course, you cannot take both for CME credit or Recertification credits.

The American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. (ABQAURP), is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

ABQAURP designates this educational activity for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
