Diplomates and Members are dedicated to the ABQAURP Mission. ABQAURP's membership is comprised of virtually every type of health care professional, encompassing not only the clinical arena but the managerial backbone as well. Diplomates who have voluntarily achieved certification in Health Care Quality and Management demonstrate a deep commitment to patient safety, health care quality and effective care. Providers certified in HCQM exude superior ability to critically evaluate the literature, identify evidence-based best practices, and make reccomendations that balance appropriateness of services with cost and quality. HCQM Board Certification addresses effectiveness, efficiency, equity, safety, and timeliness in today's health
care environment.
