ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT - Disney's BoardWalk Resort has no more rooms available over the conference dates.
Attendees may stay at Disney's Yacht Club Resort next door. It is an approximately 10-minute walk around Crescent Lake to get to Disney's BoardWalk Resort Conference Center. Parking is available to local attendees and resort guests.
Contact Disney's Yacht Club Resort at (407) 934-3372 and ask for the ABQAURP room block to receive our room rate of $199.00, plus tax, per night. The deadline date for reservations is October 1, 2009; after this date, our block of rooms will be released. Rooms in this block are very limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Persons with disabilities needing a special accommodation in their room should contact the hotel directly at (407) 934-3372 to make arrangements.
To take advantage of Disney’s Magical Express complimentary airport shuttle and luggage delivery service, Disney Resort guests must make reservations as soon as possible. It takes several weeks to receive an Airport Transportation Booklet by mail that contains general information and necessary luggage tags.
