Special Needs Accommodations / Requests
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, persons with disabilities needing a special accommodation to participate in any meeting or seminar presentation should contact ABQAURP by November 3, 2008. Persons with disabilities needing a special accommodation in their room should contact the hotel directly at 877-333-9474 to make arrangements.

Temperature
Because it is difficult to adjust meeting room temperatures to suit individual preferences, please bring a sweater/jacket or wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort.

Dietary Restrictions
Persons with specific dietary requirements should contact the ABQAURP office at 800-998-6030 to make necessary arrangements. Please call no later than November 3, 2008. An additional fee may apply.
