An ABQAURP Diplomate is a member in good standing who has successfully completed the Health Care Quality and Management (HCQM) and/or Advanced Physician Advisor (APA) board certification.

After successful completion of their board certification exam(s), Diplomates add the following designation(s) to their signatures: CHCQM and/or CPHYADV.
