REGISTRATION: Friday, April 13, 6:30 am - 8:00 am

PLEASE NOTE: Seating is not guaranteed until all financial obligations are satisfied.  Course materials and name badges will be distributed at registration. Attendees must sign in Friday morning, prior to the start of the conference and must complete the online CME/CE Verification to be eligible for credit.

CANCELLATIONS:  All cancellations and transfers are subject to a $50 processing fee.  A full refund, less the $50 processing fee, will be given if you cancel in writing by March 12, 2018.  No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.  If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.  ABQAURP reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all registration course fees. ABQAURP may reschedule programs or close registration when programs are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:  Make your reservations by calling the Disney Group Reservations Phone Team at (407) 939-4686.  Identify yourself as an ABQAURP attendee to receive our special room rate of $265/single or double occupancy, by 3/16/2018.  Rooms in this block are VERY LIMITED and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Or, you may register online using the link on the Conference Location page of our website.Register early to make reservations for Disney's Magical Express complimentary airport transportation and to set up your MyDisneyExperience online account.

TEMPERATURE: Because it is difficult to adjust meeting room temperatures to suit individual preferences, please bring a sweater/jacket or wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort.
