Exam Fees: Professional Member: $645.00 - Non-Member: $745.00

Registration Options: You can add additional Sub-Specialty certification(s) to your registration if you intend to apply for any (or all) additional sub-specialty(ies). International Candidates should add the international application surcharge, if testing outside of the US.

Non-Members: To apply for membership first to receive discounted member pricing: Click Create a new account and apply for Professional Membership. Then come back to add the exam to your cart for updated pricing.
