Advanced Physician Advisor Certification - CPHYADV

As we celebrate National Physician Advisor Day, we are excited to announce the Advanced Physician Advisor Certification!

We show our appreciation for all Physician Advisors and recognize the leadership role they provide in advising the medical team and ultimately improving patient care, quality, utilization, and patient safety. As an integral part of the health care team, thank you for your commitment to improving health care every day! We are also grateful to those who demonstrated their commitment, knowledge, and skills through HCQM Certification and earning the Physician Advisor sub-specialty certification.

After working tirelessly with our esteemed panel of seasoned Physician Advisor subject matter experts and psychometricians, we have completed development of this new ABQAURP board certification and will be looking forward to taking applications very soon.

With well-defined topics identified through a robust job task analysis, the certification exam blueprint and exam items were written by a team of credible experts serving in a variety of Physician Advisor roles throughout the country.

The Advanced Physician Advisor Certification consists of 175 multiple choice questions administered during an annual testing window. Candidates may test in-person at a testing center or utilizing a secure remote proctoring system to test at a location convenient for you.

Candidates who successfully complete the board certification exam will earn the credential of Certified Advanced Physician Advisor (CPHYADV).

Earning this advanced credential leverages Physician Advisors for professional opportunities and allows you to stand out amongst your peers in this competitive job market.

The Advanced Physician Advisor Certification aligns with ABQAURP’s goal to promote health care quality and patient safety through education and certification!
